How to wear it.
1. Slide over your toes
Hold the cuff open and slide the sleeve over your toes.
2. Pull up over the heel
Draw it up over your heel and ankle. Your toes stay free.
3. Cross the straps over the foot
Bring both strap ends up from under your foot and cross them on top.
4. Wrap and fasten at the front
Wrap them behind your ankle in a figure 8 and press the ends down at the front. Snug, never tight.

Will it help my heel pain?
Many people find gentle compression and arch support make sore heels feel more comfortable through the day. Pedessa is a comfort accessory, not a medical treatment, so it won't cure an underlying condition. If pain is severe or persistent, see a doctor or podiatrist.
Does one sleeve fit both feet?
Yes. Each sleeve fits either the left or right foot, so you can wear it on whichever foot needs it. A pair is two sleeves.
Can I wear it with shoes?
Yes. With an open-toe design and a low-profile knit, it's designed to sit comfortably in most everyday shoes. With very snug shoes, try them on together first.
How tight should it feel?
Snug, never tight. Use the cross strap to adjust. Remove the sleeve if you notice numbness, tingling or discomfort.
