Welcome to Urbanzaa. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of urbanzaa.co (the "Website") and any products or services purchased through the Website.
By accessing the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before using the Website or placing an order.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase products from Urbanzaa.
1. About Urbanzaa
Throughout these Terms, "Urbanzaa," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Urbanzaa, the operator of the Website.
"You" or "customer" refers to any person who accesses the Website or purchases products from us.
Urbanzaa may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Website, products, services, or content at any time.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, server, account, or related systems;
- Interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the Website;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Website content without our written permission;
- Introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful material;
- Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar technologies to access or collect information from the Website without our authorisation; or
- Impersonate Urbanzaa, our employees, representatives, or other users.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or free from error.
Product images are for illustration. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography, manufacturing or packaging updates, or minor variations in materials, colour, or finish. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Where a product specification changes due to a manufacturing or supply update, we may provide an equivalent or updated version where reasonably appropriate.
Pedessa is a comfort accessory, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Descriptions of how it feels describe comfort only.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website or at checkout. Prices, promotions, product availability, and other commercial terms may change at any time without prior notice.
We may correct pricing, promotional, typographical, or other errors, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. We use third-party payment providers to process payments. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Urbanzaa does not store complete payment card details.
5. Promotions, Discounts, Bundles & Free Gifts
From time to time, Urbanzaa may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, bundles, free gifts, or other special offers. Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers are available only for the period specified;
- Offers may be subject to availability;
- Discount codes may not be combined with other promotions;
- Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- We may modify, suspend, or withdraw an offer where permitted by law.
Free gift. Pedessa Signature and Reserve sets include a free Pedessa Recovery Roller, added to your order automatically. The free gift is yours to keep, including if you claim the 60-Day Comfort Guarantee. If the advertised gift becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or comparable value.
Specific promotional terms displayed at the time of purchase may also apply.
6. Order Placement & Acceptance
Placing an order through the Website is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is a pricing, description, or technical error;
- We suspect fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious activity;
- An order appears to have been placed for resale;
- Shipping information is incomplete or invalid;
- A promotional offer has been used improperly; or
- We are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
7. Customer Information & Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering (full name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any other required details) is accurate and complete.
Urbanzaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched. If an order has to be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected after a delivery notice, the cost of reshipping is charged to the customer.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Free Tracked Shipping. Estimated delivery 6–14 business days after dispatch.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, peak-season volumes, or transport disruptions.

9. Duties & Taxes
Prices include all charges. There are no import duties or taxes to pay on delivery. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
10. 60-Day Comfort Guarantee, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Pedessa is covered by our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a short reason, and we will refund the product price you paid. No return is needed: you keep the product and the free gift. One guarantee claim per customer and household.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery with a photo are replaced or refunded free of charge.
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the full guarantee, damaged and incorrect items, lost or undelivered orders, and cancellations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Product Use & Safety
Use products only as intended and in line with any instructions, sizing guidance, or warnings provided with the product or on the Website.
Pedessa is a comfort accessory, not a medical device. If you have a foot, ankle, skin, or circulation condition, or are unsure whether Pedessa is suitable for you, speak to a qualified health professional before use. If you experience discomfort, irritation, numbness, or any other unexpected issue while wearing a product, remove it and stop using it.
Urbanzaa is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modification, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to the product's intended purpose, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including brand names and logos, product names, text, product photography, images and graphics, videos, website design, icons, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Urbanzaa and may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
13. Customer Reviews & User Content
Where the Website allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you are responsible for ensuring that it is genuine, accurate, and does not violate the rights of others.
By submitting User Content, you grant Urbanzaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, without territorial limit, to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. We will not edit a review in a way that changes its meaning.
You should not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful; infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; contains malicious software; or is abusive, discriminatory, or obscene.
We may remove or decline to publish User Content that breaches these Terms, where permitted by law.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment providers, shipping providers, or other services. These operate independently of Urbanzaa and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or uninterrupted, completely free from errors, always complete or current, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Urbanzaa and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, your purchase or use of a product, delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, or unauthorised access or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Urbanzaa and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or our products, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another party's rights. This does not apply where the claim results from Urbanzaa's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, legal requirements, or Website. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. The Terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Urbanzaa and the jurisdiction in which the business is legally established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to them.
